Viva Zapata

Elia Kazan's film (with a screenplay by John Steinbeck) depicting the rise of the Mexican peasant Emiliano Zapata (Marlon Brando), from his role as revolutionary leader to his eventual ascendancy to the Presidency. Anthony Quinn plays Zapata's brother for which he won a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award.
