Nazarin is the story of a priest who lives by the laws governing the church, but is despised despite his efforts. This Christian parable from director Luis Bunuel (BELLE DE JOUR, UN CHIEN ANDALOU) won the Grand Prix Internationale at the 1959 Cannes Film Festival.
